I will also do a Talking add which is an automated voice messaging system that gives a 2 minute recorded message about your home talking about the features of your home with details buyers are looking for along with the price and a way for them to see the property. The number is 781-356-TALK.  Buyers don't want to bother calling  an agent, they just want the information on your house. We also keep a detailed log of how many people call.
